Crystal piece: 15" x 1.8"
Satin ribbon that ties in the back with 100" in length and 1" in width. Leave me a note if you want the ribbon to be shorter/longer.

Colors available for the ribbon are : white, diamond white (off-white), ivory or champagne. Other colors available by custom order.

'Ready To Ship' items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of clear payment. The shipping usually takes 4-8 business days to arrive in the US/Canada; 2-8 weeks to other countries. Please use express shipping if you are outside of Canada/USA and need the item in less than 6 weeks.
Made-to-order/ custom items will be shipped out in 3-4 weeks of clear payment. Please contact us before you place a rush custom order.

If your shipping address on Paypal is different from the one on ETSY. Please let us know which address we should send your order to. We can't ship any order without knowing the correct address.
Please note that we only ship to Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Europe and some other countries.
There will be no guarantee on delivery date for regular shipping. Buyers from countries other than US and Canada, please order your item months before your wedding day.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

We always try our best to make our projects perfect. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 calendar days after the item delivered. Please contact us before returning any item. Items returned without prior notice are not qualified for refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have any problem with your order, Please communicate with us via Etsy Conversations. After 7 days from the day the item delivered, we are not responsible for any problem related to the item.
Due to the nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom requests. Custom order might be cancelled within 3 days after payment. After 3 days, we will not be able to cancel it as we have working on it or have ordered the material specially for it.

For exchange, buyer need to send the item back within 7 calendar days after the item delivered, and pay for the shipping fees for the item(s) to be sent back and forth. We will ship out the replaced pieces after we receive the returned items. In some case when you need the replaced item sooner, we can ship it out before the returned one arrives. However, you will need to provide tracking information for the returned item.


We use USPS ship to USA and Canada Post service to anywhere Canada and other countries. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping. We have only 2 packages lost during the past 3 years with over 2000 packages sent. The packages losing rate is very low. However, you are welcome to pay for shipping insurance if you think it is necessary.

For items damaged during transit, we will send you replaced piece as long as you provide pictures of the damaged piece.

For international buyers, please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees taxes/ broker fees, including broker fees/tax charged at Canadian customs when a returned item entering Canada. The tax and related charges or broker fees are not delivery fee. We pay shipping at the time we ship the item. The shipping charge is not include any tax, customs charges or broker fees.

1. Q:what should I do if the veil arrive with folds in it?
A: Veil usually gets folds after sitting in the box and traveling for days during shipping. We have tried our best to pack them carefully but we are not able to make them get to you without any folds. Please follow the following steps to smooth the folds-
1). Open hot tap water.
2). Put the netting part under the running hot tap water for minutes. If the veil is attached to a comb/brooch / applique , you will need to hold at the comb/brooch / applique so they don't get wet.
3). Use a towel to pad and try the netting.
4). Place the veil on your head with the position you will wear it in the big day. Press the netting against your head with both of your hands and hold for a minute.
5). The netting should be in proper shape now. In very rare case, there is still stubborn folds, use the TIP of your iron to iron it. Do Not press the whole iron on the netting. The temp. should be set at nylon or lower. The netting is delicate, so you will need to move the iron quickly without stopping.

2. Q:How to smooth winkles on my hair flower?
A: Wet your finger tip with warm water and tap on the spot that has the winkle. Repeat until the spot is wet. Use your thumb and pointer to hold and press the petal with wrinkles on. Lay the flower flat to dry. Once dry, the winkles should have gone.

3. Q: Do you compensate me when I get the item ( veil or flower etc.) with folds or wrinkles?

A: We don't compensate you because of the folds or winkles on the item. We understand that you would like to receive the item in perfect shape as shown in the picture. However, we hope you could also understand that the item need to sit in a box and travel for days even weeks to get to you. Netting gets wrinkle or folds easily and since we are not able to deliver the veil to you by holding it up perfectly, the wrinkles/folds can't be avoided.
The wrinkles or folds were caused during delivery. Although we try our best to pack our items, we are not able to avoid folds and wrinkles on the items after days or weeks travelling. Please read our FAQ to learn how to smooth folds and wrinkles.
